What the Cool Moms are saying

Angela really helped me get out of my shell after having my first born. She always sheds a positive look on life and gives some of the best prenatal and overall mental health advice for all the moms in the Cool Mom Club. Getting out and meeting new moms was a great experience for myself and my daughter. I never thought this would be something I would see myself doing until I knew what it was all about and how helpful and FUN it was for us all. It’s great for not only your mental health but physical health as well.

Angela is always there to make you feel and understand that you always have people there for you when you need it most. I always look forward to each meet up with the moms and babies! I am especially grateful for Angela’s Cool Mom Club – as I even found a new great friend to get together outside of the club. I believe this wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Angela and her Club! Angela is great, friendly, caring, and also very professional as a social worker. She truly cares about all of her clients, which makes her amazing!

One of my biggest fears during pregnancy was the possibility of experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety. While searching for ways to be proactive, I came across Angela’s Cool Moms Club—and immediately knew it was the perfect fit. I love to walk, and I love to talk, so it felt like a natural match! I found myself truly looking forward to connecting with other moms and their little ones, and through this group, I’ve made meaningful friendships that have supported me throughout this journey into motherhood.
Why I started the Cool Moms Club
In my experience working with pregnant women and mothers in the postpartum stage, many find it difficult to make connections and also move their bodies. I wanted to solve both of those common dilemmas with a club made for women to connect, move, and build their own village. Motherhood can be lonely but you don’t have to do it alone!
